Selling & Shipping firearms to FFL 07

Is it legal to sell and ship firearms directly to a person having FFL Type 07? Or he still require to have FFL 01 to accept a firearm?? Thanks.

  I am unsure what an 07 license is. I have an 03, which is Curio and Relics, and I have always been told that, as long as the firearm is on the BATF list for Curio and Relics then it can go directly to the 03 holder in most states, but not all.

  THE 07 FFL IS THE OLD GUNSMITH TYPE. ITS MORE OR LESS LIKE A 01. YOU CAN SHIP TO A 07 IN MOST STATES.[:D]

  Thanks for answer. I also contacted local BATF Field office and they also said Yes FFL 07 which is an manufacturer of firearms license can buy & accept firearms.

  TYPE 07 IS FFL THAT BASICALLY COVERS ALL

  07 CAN BUY SELL DO ANYTHING THAT AN 01 CAN DO AND MORE ---IT IS A MANUFACTURING PERMIT AND COVERS FIREARMS AND AMMO MANUFACTURING
