can someone tell me if they make a conversion breech for useing a bare 209 primer without the plastic jacket thanks

  For which model rifle? Knight makes bare primer conversions for the Extreme bolt actions and the Revolutions. With the plunger style rifles it can be accomplished by using a percusion cap breech plug and screwing in a T/C 209 primer holder in place of the nipple.
