T/C Patriot?

I have a T/C single shot percussion pistol with a double trigger and adjustable sights. Serial number is #6xxx.

It is not marked "Patriot" but it looks like a T/C Patriot. Were some of these T/C guns just marked ".45 caliber"?

  I have a Patriot That I bought in the early 1980's. It is not marked Patriot, only 45 cal. I also have TC Hawkin rifles that are not marked Hawkin. I know later TC Hawkins are marked Hawkin. Probably the same is true for the Patriots.
