Got a doe today (pic)
I was hunting up at the farm this morning and got this young doe at 8:30 am. She was 75 lbs dressed out. It was a 33 yd shot. Got her lungs and she only went about 50 yds and dropped. It started pouring rain and still had a good blood trail.
Today was my last day to bowhunt, so I was glad to get her. Blackpowder starts next Saturday. Her glands were wet and yellow. I think she was starting to come in heat.
