How to get a Target or home permit in new york cit

Hello i will like to know how difficult it is to get a target or home permit for a handgun in new york city (queens) and is there a limit on round capacity for a semi-auto. thanks! [:)]

  A handgun license in NY City is expensive and nearly impossible to get. NY State has a 10-round max for semi-auto handguns. Here are the instructions for a permit:

  Almost impossible. I live in Astoria Queens and can tell you that it is not gonna happen unless you went to highschool with Mr. Bloomberg. It's illegal to even have a BB gun from what I hear. NYC is no joke ever since Giuliani
