little sharps ....daly

picked up one in 30-30 which i have been reloading for years...some in spire point for single shot rifle...got it for a big reduction in price cause wood had a scarf on stock, but no biggee, just smooth it down & a little color in and good to go...had to cut a sliver of pop can under right side of tang sight to line it up & will manufacture a buckhorn rear sight of some sort...been looking at a leatherwood repro malcom 17" scope but haven't found out if bases are for a daly yet...smaller rifle fits me fine & looks like it will be lots of fun
