Marlin mod. 60 trigger pull

I recently startedhaving trigger pull problem on my gold trigger model marlin took it to a gunsmith he worked on it but still have the problem. It is like it has a extra hard spring that it wont let you pull the trigger all the way but then it fires no go accuracy at all. Has anyone had this issue or similiar one and how was it fixed.ANY HELP NEEDED thanks smokey
