one day with my uncle and we saw a very large bullfrog about 30 feet away. I bet uncle I could hit it with a dirt clod. Wound up and threw and actually hit the frog. At impact we saw something fly out of it's mouth. When we walked over to view the still stunned bullfrog we observed the object it had ejected and it turned out it was a silver dollar sized snapping turtle.
One of the strangest things I've witnessed recently.

  Bull frogs will eat any animal smaller then it is. They'll even eat a snake from time to time.
