Can any one tell me if the "J.C. Higgins Ranger revolver .22" is C&R eligable?

  The description of this book says its for a business,but will it be OK to keep a record of my C&R purchases? Or is their a specific book I need to get for this?

  Yes, using a FFL style book is plenty for your C&R.
