Looking for info on US battle axe used in Iraq

"Battle Ax/Bolt Cutters/C4/Explosive Tape: These were the preferred breaching tools. Soldiers had many positive comments about the battle ax.
Bolt cutters were also very useful because many gates and doors were padlocked."

A friend is looking for a picture of the battle axe used by our forces.
Any help would be great.
Also, there is a lot of great feedback from our troops on the weapons issued to them in the field. Read what they say about the Beretta 9mm and other weapons.

I trust this is not a departure from the spirit of this forum, as I am asking about a particular item.

  J-man, that was very interesting. I would be curious to know under what circumstances the M-9 was used, I was in the understanding that the sidearm had almost no use on the modern battlefield.

  Don't know much about the battle ax, but it sounds like the the .50 BMG sniper rifles worked pretty well:

  Feedback within the Marine Corps is that the M9 is practically useless as a battlefield weapon. The Corps is casually looking at replacing it with one of two new sidearms, one made by FN and one by (I believe) HK, both of which are a type of subgun type PDW. Sure wish I hadn't of thrown out last weeks Marine Times.

  It would seem the front line military are unanimous about the M9....it's totally inadequate for the job. I wonder how long it will take the Fatbutts in the Pentagon to admit their mistake.
