What's up with Star?

Hi. Does anyone know if Star is still in business, or still imported in by someone?

  No. they left the scene in 1997. Its a shame they made some good inexpensive pistols. I have a Star PD 45, Star BKM and A STar super in 9mm largo. All of them are good pistols.
