Guardian wings problem

I put finger extension on a NAA Guardian .32 factory mag and am having prob w/ mags dropping after slide cycles thereby failing to feed next rd. Occurs after 2nd or 3rd shot. Gun is AC model and according to factory does not require a replacemenr mag release as do AA and AB models. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how it was remedied besides going back to the orig floor plates. Thankyou
