RWS primers

A friend recently gave me 1500 RWS Sinoxide large rifle (boxer not berdan) primers. I've been reloading for 50+ years and while I've heard of them, I've never seen any. Anybody have an experience with them?

  generaly rws products are top notch, lucky you.

  I haven't used them for 40+ years, but back then they were like a lot of European reloading components: quite "hot." Treat them as "magnum" primers until you know otherwise by testing.

  Some of the best Large pistol primers I ever used smaller groups and S.D in chronograph I have ever seen came 250 to a small package .I got 20,000 wish I could find some more.
