not sure if im in the right forum but here goes.how do YOU keep from seing you heart beat in your scope when your target shooting. iv been shooting for a while but for some reason i have started noticing my heart beat in my scope,, never noticed it much before,guess i need to calm down!!!

  You just learn to "squeeze" between the beats. (or use iron sights)

  when you are ready to fire, you release 1/2 a breath and hold. You have ~3 seconds before the heartbeat starts to vibrate the rifle. fire between slowed beats.
