How do i contac LEE reloading

i have there number but it is busy all day long? is there anyother number than the one that they have listed on there web site 262 673 3075 Thanks All

    Well you could email them. Or fax them. I don't know of a second phone number for them.

    I've heard of their busy number as well. Obama has created unprecedented demand for reloading supplies.

    As already noted by others, you can call/leave message via voice mail, FAX, or e-mail.

    ... or via snail mail.

    I contacted LEE regarding some documentation that wasn't available via on the website using e-mail. They responded within 24 hours and sent the documentation via US mail within 5 days at no charge. Kudos to LEE Customer Service.

    I have my best luck physically mailing to them( I know it is an antiquated method). It works well because I am usually returning broken parts for replacement.

    finaly got a hold of them and they would not cover the broken part its only 3.50 and 4.00 shipping to replace it....thought they would replace it as the decaping pin has only loaded 200 rds

    They have always replaced broken decapping pins for me, as long as they were less than 2 year old.

    Mail it to them, they will send you another.
