.220 Swift load data-36gr Barnes Varmint Grenade
Looking for load data for the .220 Swift, using 36gr Barnes Varmint Grenades. I've got the .pdf file from Barnes, using Varget and Accurate Arms 2700, but I'm looking for other powders as well. H380, H335, Win 760, and others if possible. Thanks for the help.

I'm still looking. Are there any new manuals out there with this data?
Internet searches are turning up nothing so far.[V]0 -
You can use 40 gr Vmax data to load the 36 gr Barnes...but work your way up just like it was the 40 gr bullet. How do you like the Barnes leadfree bullet, I for one am unimpressed by its performance. If it isn't going 4000 fps it doesn't do much and even if you could started it that fast it really sheds the velocity. At 250 yards it just zips through and doesn't blow up at all. 0 -
Honestly, 5mmgunguy, I haven't had a chance to try them yet. I have heard good and bad about them as far as accuracy goes.
Thanks for the suggestion on using the 40gr Vmax data. I'll work up a few loads and see how they do.0 -
Please let us know how the accuracy goes. 0 -
