Do RCBS & Lee Dies Have the Same Thread?

I have done some shotgun reloading, and now want to do pistol and rifle. I have been checking out equipment on the web, but am confused about presses and dies from Lee and RCBS. Can you use either company's dies in either company's press, i.e., are the threads the same on the outside of the dies?

  Yes. Lee, RCBS, Lyman, CH4D, Redding, Hornady, Forrester, etc etc. will all fit each others' presses. The exception would be if you got some really OLD dies as it didn't use to be a standard, or some Lyman 310 dies (clearly sold as such) for a hand tool reloader.

  Yes, they are 7/8X14 threads.
