  130 gr move at 3060 fps at the muzzle

  The supreme e-tip and the supreme elite both say 3050 too.
  
  Will you get that from your rifle? Probably not, unless you have a 26" or longer barrel. I usually go 100-200 fps lower to calculate long range trajectory with them.

  Chronograph velocities: 130 Federal Hi-Shok from a Ruger MkII=2912 fps.
  
  130 Remington bronze point:
  Rem 700=2832 fps
  Win 70 FWT=2980 fps
  Marlin MR-7=3048 fps
  
  Haven't chrono'ed any Winchester factory stuff.
