Subsonic 60gr .22 LR ammo question

Whats going to be a good working range from this kind of tube?
Butler Creek 10/22 BBL , 20" 1 in 16" Twist

  The 60 gr really needs a 1-9 twist. A 1-16 twist and much over 50 yards the bullet starts to become very unstable.

  This might work well in an AR rimfire conversion. Considering the much faster twist of the AR barrel.
