Glock Trigger Kits

I have seen several trigger kits for sale on the website. Do any of you have experience with a certain brand such as glockworx, lightning strike, etc. I am interested in one that has the aluminum trigger with it if the trigger is a lot better than the plastic one that comes on the pistol. Also, how much can you reasonably expect the travel to be decreased and lightened? Thanks. I know this is probably impossible, but I am after something resembling a 1911 type trigger.
