Loads for Rem SP 12 ga buckshot?

Need a reliable load for 2 3/4" Rem SP with yellow plastic basewad. Load will be 9 #00 buck pellets at around 1300 FPS. I have Red Dot, Blue Dot and Unique powder and Fed 209A primers. Prefer a plastic wad rather than the individual wads. My Lyman First edition manual data for Rem SP's only had data for the old Fiber base SP's and paper wads. Anybody?
