HELP WITH ARISAKA MARKINGS

I just acquired a type 38 Rifle that has two zeros in front of serial # another small zero stamped on bolt knob & rvcr. & school mark on rifle chamber portion in front of rcvr ring. Has "B" proof mark on barrel. I know its school marked made before 1935 at Koishikawa(Tokyo) Arsenal. On the top rear rcvr behind stripper clip guide AND on barrel chamber is a small circle with triangle inside. What does this triangle within circle signify? Thx!
