Flash hole deburring

Obviously today I have a little more free time so reading these posts gets me to thinking. I have a sinclair deburring tool that I use on my brass to clean out the flash hole. Is there a need to have to deburr the case more than just once to remove the original brass when the case was made?? Thanks again.

  Just once to remove the burr on the inside of the case (not from the primer side). The burr is left from when they punched the flash hole.
