Old Die Identification

I have a box of reloading stuff that I am slowly going through. I have two dies that I would like info on. Both say G H S No.1 on top. One is for 45C and the other 38SP. I am guessing that these are crimp dies? They are open (no stem) and aren't threaded in the center. Can anyone help me with the brand or what the No.1 means? Thank you.

  If there is nothing in the center, I would think they are just sizing dies. I,ve seen die sets that had the decapper in the second die.
