RCBS Mini Grand Shotshell Press

Having left shotshell loading 20 years ago, leaving my MEC 650 behind, I'm looking for another press and need some current user info.

Has anyone used the RCBS Mini Grand Shotshell Press ?
I do not see charge / shot bars around for that press. It is priced at half the current 650 price, but isn't a plastic box like the Lee.

I don't want a progressive press, I just want to get back to shotshell loading. Several people have suggested the LEE to me, but it just looks so fragile, I dunno.

Lastly, how is the lead/steel shot charging handled....just specific charge bars or inserts ?
