Reloading 7.62X39 brass

Is it possible or even fesable to convert Yugo brass that is Berdan primed to boxer prime? I have several thousand rounds of this from back when it was cheap to shoot. Or should I just sell it to the scrap dealer? If it can be done what equipment is needed and would a standard primer be used?

  No.Sell for scrap and buy Boxer primed brass.
