Good load for m1a

I need some advice about agood load for my m1a I have been loading with reloader 15 and federal match primers with 168 grain sieera bthp but cant get the group consistent.

  I use 40.5gr of IMR 4895 in mine with 168gr bullet and CCI BR2 primer in Black Hills match brass.

  42.7 gr WW 748
  155 gr Sierra palma match bullet. Max recommended COL
  
  One little bitty hole.
  
  It is a NM rifle rebarreled by Springfield with a Super Match barrel. Sorry I can't recall the twist rate.
  
  Check current Sierra manual before using this!!! Sierra has drastically reduced the MAX 748 charge between their 3rd edition and 5th edition manuals..[?]When I asked Sierra about the change I was told the most recent 748 powder they used was a very hot lot. I guess they use what they have and run with it.
