Shot shell primers

I've been reloading 28ga in AA hulls with Win 209 primers. Picked up some Rem. STS hulls & the lip of the primer edge doesn't set flush with the case. They close up fine in my O\U but they tend to snag in my progressive loader. Do I need different primers?

  They use the same primer, so I am not sure what the answer to solve your dilema is. You may just need to snug them down a little more.

  I have a mec 9000 reloader but I didn't see a way to press them deeper. I'll have to get the manual out & if it gives me any help.
