reloading for 1/7 ar17

i have a colt ar15 with a heavy barell with 1/7 twist. i want to use 55 gr fmj hornady bullets. what would be a good load with an easy to get powder or what reloading manual would have the required info in it?

  Some 1/7 barrels will not shoot 55gr or lighter bullets as the twist is wrong. If you can't get your loads to group try 62 gr or heavier bullets.
