PW 800 overhaul

I have a PW 800 12 ga. press that I have used for over 18 years. Thats a lot of reloading. It seems like the timing is off after many thousand rounds. I cock wads on about 10% of my reloads now. ( I have replaced the wad guide several times.)
Is there anyone in the So. Calif. area that can rebuil;d this jewel for me?
