Help needed please

I posted a pictorial on putting a recoil buffer in an AK. I need everyone to check it out and let me know if it is easy to understand. I am gearing this more towards non-gun smithys.

  Can't help with your specific question, but you might get better response with a more specific tag line rather than the generic "help".

  Self defense is indeed a major area of concern today. I believe its never too late to familiarize yourself with the latest techniques and equipments. There are numerous resources out there I found defendingusa.com particularly useful.
