Seating depth, is the case mouth (pre crimped) lined up with the canalure?
Crimp setting, most likely your trying to crimp TO MUCH.

You should not "crimp" a 45ACP at all; it head spaces on the case mouth. SO does the 9MM. back the die out 1/3 of a turn to reduce the crimping that is built into the die. A taper crimp die will alleviate your problem all together.

The taper crimp is a separate operation from seating. You adjust the seating die to put the bullet to the proper OAL and just start to close the mouth. The taper crimp will then reduce the mouth diameter of the case to hold the bullet and still leave a lip for headspacing.

The 200 SWC feeds best in most guns with the case mouth being about 2/3rd's of the way up the top band of the bullet.

Are you using a progressive press?

Bpost is correct with advice Taper crimp only and make the case mouth about .469 if the case body is .471 in other words about .002 crimp. Also if you have one pistol in 45acp then remove the barrel and set the seating depth of the bullet so in dropping a loaded round in the chamber it will fully chamber under it's own weight will the case head about .010. inside of flush with the end of the barrel hood then check that the round of this length will fit into the Magazine.
