BSA Scopes
Hey,
I saw that they make a Sweet 17 and a sweet 17 with built in compensation. Anybody have one and anything good or bad to say about it? I have an old Stevens Model 35M with a Simmons4x32 scope on it(was on it when I got it). I really like this little rifle. Last week I put 5 shots inside 2 and 1/4" at 200yds.Now I love this rifle. Since it's an accurate rifle should I get a more pewerful scope?

Some people like them and some hate them.
On the scale of scopes they are pretty low end. For the most part I feel they are a decent value vs the price. When I say this I am talking about their regular line not the 4000x mil dot scope that is $60.
I have a Sweet 22 2-7x32 on one of my .22 rifles and have been really happy with it. I got it cause it was cheep to try but it has been on there for about 2 years of hard use now. I plan on getting a couple more to have around when the company I get them from gets them back in stock.0 -

so i put a sweet 22 on my 22mag marlin and so far i am doing good started at 50 yards and was gitting .5" after some work, now out too 100 and was doing 1" and the scope is doing what they says i does for a low end scope i'm impressed. 0 -
I have recently been retraining my brain to shoot left handed after being a righty for 40 years(eye issues). I recently put a 5 shot string inside of 2 1/4" with a Stevens model 35M 22mag that someone gave me about 20 years ago. I was wondering if they make rimfire scopes specifically for the 22mag and also if I am a fool to change anything as this is my best outing to date and I am stoked. It's amazing to see how much better you can hit a target that you can clearly see. I'm only shooting my 22's at this time due to the heavy trigger pull of my stock 10/22 and the low price of rimfire ammo. Once I gain confidence in my form and trigger mucscle memory I will work up to my 243 next 0
