5.56x45 brass ID question
I have a case with a haed stamp that reads " IK 03 5.56x45"
It seems to be a standard small rifle primer but I have broken three decapping pins in a row- they pop the primer out but get stuck coming out abd break. Any info would be a great help. Thank you, Joe.

I think it is Igman. 0 -
update- seems as though the "IG" flashhole is smaller than a standard flash hole. The decapping pins smoothly slid in on a standard flashhole and on the IG's it has to be forced into the hole-Is there a smaller decapping pin avalible? 0 -
I've run into some of them. I took my primer flash hole uniformer tool and drilled them out. It has to be done by hand. If you have a bunch, someone might make one you can chuck into a drill press. 0 -
OR YOU COULD JUST DRESS DOWN THE FRONT OF YOUR DECAPING PIN 0 -
IK is indeed Ingman Zavod -- Konjik Yugoslavia. Undoubtedly berdan primed. Recycle them or donate them to your rifle club to be recycled. 0
