How do I resize pulled bullets

I just bought a 50 BMG and will be reloading for it...Thanks to my old inherited Herters press that is big enough for it. I also bought a lot of pulled bullets, the seller says they need to be resized. How do I resize bullets?

  I'd order the Lee .501 sizer kit. Or just the bullet sizer and punch, and run them through it. www.leeprecision.com

  Let me start out by saying that I don't know what I am talking about but I don't think it as simple as running these bullets thru a sizer meant for lead bullets. If it was me I think I would use case lube on the bullets. How bad are the marks on the bullets. I have only sized lead or small caliber jacketed pistol bullets but an unlubricated case will jam in a die with very little force. Like I said before, I don't have relevant experience, just think you want to be careful or you could be frustrated.

  Resizing jacketed bullets don't work well. The reason is the spring-back of the jacket material. The lead core is a dead metal and will basically stay where put, but the jacket won't. You'll end up with a loose lead core, and accuracy will suffer. If you're just going to spray the country side with bullets, it probably won't matter.

  So is it better to load and shoot them as is? I have never resized any .30 bullets that I pull out of test loads that didn't work out and haven't found any lack of accuracy or excessive pressure, are GI pulls more deforming?

  Take a good mic or calipers and measure the bullets while turning them and see if they are out of round. If only 1or2 thousands, load them.
  Also check with www.50bmgsupply.com they should know.
  
  Look at the Corbin FX-1-H Bullet Fixing Set, it's for resizing 50bmg bullets.
