Reloading 223?
I am looking at finally starting to reload 223, I have been reloading 45axcp for a while and I was wondering if these are good? I have a lee turret press and I am looing at getting the Lee Pacesetter 3-Die Set 223 Remington. How are they?

I've not had problems with mine... [:)]
Only thing is you need case lube which may be new to you if you are only doing .45 acp now. Or get the Lee Collet die set if for a bolt gun as they don't require lube (but you will still need to full length size once to start).0 -
That's a good set to start with. If you load for a bolt gun, get the collet die set. 0 -
Lucky Lefty,
The pace setters are good dies. But I will agree with DCS that the collet dies work better if you shoot a bolt gun. They size down the neck only though. But you can easily adjust them to how much neck tension you want. I use them for my 6.5x55's.0 -
I'm happy with my lee dies. 0 -
I have a set of the Lee dies for .223 rem. I also have a set of Forster dies for the same caliber. If you're going to shoot for best accuracy go with the Forster. 0 -
I will be reloading for my AR and I am now looking for a case trimmer and all the other things I guess I will need since I am used to reloading on 45acp. 0
