OK I'll take stab at this and probably get beat up but here goes.
A really nice new basic single stage starter kit wit a set of dies is going to run about 250. Any extras, such as used dies go for around 10 to 15 each depending on caliber. Shellholders are caliber specific with some fitting a few different calibers in the same family.3-4 bucks each. Loading blocks 4-5 each. Good books are indispensible, read all you can. They can run from 20 to 40 each. Get info from several if possible when loading. A decent bench can be built for around 50 or so, maybe less depending on what you can scrounge. I like a good bench. one that is completly immovable.Remember you have to pull up as well as push down.Hope this helps a little. When you get a description price the stuff online. Just from your description I wouldn't be afraid of paying 400 or so.Again this statement is made sight unseen. As Karl would say" Your mileage may vary"
a good pricing source is www.midwayusa.com
