Deburring Flashhole
I've been working on loads for my .220 Swift, it was suggested by my buddy to deburr the flash hole before reloading my spent brass. I did this. My question is do I need to do this each time I reload the same brass? Thanks, Robert

Just once will do. The burr raised on the inside is from the manufacture of the case; the flash-hole is punched through the case, and the excess metal is left in a raised burr on the inside. The burr may not be even, so using the tool which removes the burr offers a uniformity in the flash hole shape into the case, which should help the ignition event to be even all around, as opposed to off to one side or the other. 0 -
Thanks for the help, it is much appreciated. 0
