Rio shot shell reloading

Rio shot shells are becoming more evident on the trap and skeet fields and hulls are plentiful. Does anyone have any reloading data on them?

  if they have the stars on the brass then you can reload them using Cheddite recipes. I have reloaded the paper ones without any problems
