Any experience with Vihtavuori Powders?
Do any of you have personal experience with or thoughts on Vihtavuori N330, N340, and or 3N37 for semi-auto pistols? I am considering trying it for some .40S&W loads. Primary use will be paper targets. Any input woudl be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Great CLEAN burning powder However because of cost I don't think it better then some of the old STAND-BY'S' 0 -
While I have not used the powders you have listed, I have used quite a few VV powders. They work well. Are they better than say Hogdon? I don't think so. Are they more expensive? YES!
If you were loading for a hunting gun where the round count is relatively low, go for it. But in a pistol, go with a more economical powder, you'll never see the difference on the target.0 -
