  Looks like a No.1 or atleast something of a Farquharson design.

  Hopefully, it's in my signature on all of my posts.
  
  It's a custom big bore rifle made on a Farquharson action. This is the type of action that the Ruger #1 is modeled after referred to as a falling block. It's very strong and highly sought after for custom rifles.
