Re-Sizing 30.06

Hi all,
Been reloading for a good long while, but have a question.
I have Primed 30.06 cases, who have slight irregularity in the necks [bulges] from improper re-sizing.
Is it Safe to Re-size while cases are PRIMED??
Appreciate any advice

  If you remove the depriming pin from the die, it will work fine

  take the decapping pin out of the die and resize the cases.

  Make sure you remove ONLY the decapping pin, not the expander button otherwise the necks will be too small.
