RCBS X Sizing Die ????

Does anyone use one of these on 223/5.56?

I was just wondering how it works..........says you only need to trim the case one time....keeps the case from stretching.

  Had one for a 22/250 that worked like a charm, just make sure they are all trimmed to the same length and your good to go.
  They don't grow much at all,but do a little bit...

  I use a x for 223. Works very well. Decap and resize then trim to length.

  Isn't the idea to trim them first so the X die works as planned ????
