Why did Cub's loading topic get locked?

I saw nothing in cub's post that necessitated the topic being locked or deleted. Is this a mistake??

JustC,

You or the two Administrators are the only ones that can lock your forum. So it was either an accident of checking a box on a response (Lock after posting response) or the Captain or David locked it. None of the rest of can do it.

Sooooo, do I have the ability to unlock it? I have not locked one till this point,...I simply delete spam and ignorant folk. I could swear I went back and checked the post for replies a few hours later and it wasn't locked[?] Oh well,..how do I get this puppy open??
