PSFD DONKEY
How many grains of TAC are you loading for your 223, and what grain bullet? The load book I have don't list TAC, I will have to find a new book.

    I use a 55gr FMJBT because mt Daewoo DR-200 has a 1/12 twist barrel.

    The load data for 55 says 22.7 start and 25.2 full. I shot 24.5, 24.75 and 25. this morning and the 25 was landing at factory ammo elevation but all worked well and grouped about the same.

    68/69gr is 23-25
    75/77 is 21.2-23.5
    80 is 20.7-23.

    I also tried the Wolf SRM primers that are not magnum in load of primer but thicker to prevent slam fires.
    They worked perfectly.
    I will stay with them from this point both Wolf primers and TAC for my 223.
