5.56x45 dies?

I am going to buy an AR-15 in 5.56x45, can I get dies for this round or do I have to use .223 dies? And will this effect accuracy? My understanding is only the inside of the cases are thicker but the outside dimensions are the same.

  As far as the case is concerned 5.56x45 is metric for .223 Remington. SB 223 dies will work fine.

  5.56X45 and 223 are the same. Just make sure to seat the bullet down enough to go into the mag.
