ar15 .223 loads with 748 powder

anybody got any good recipes? i'm using a 55gr fmj on top of 748 powder. i'm gonna do some loading with different amounts of powder but i was hoping you guys could save me some time. thanks in advance

  26.3gr-748, 3150fps.

  25.0 gr of Win 748 with a 55gr fmj bullet is my standard load for 748 powder, out of my M&P15 with a 1:9 twist. accurate out to 100 yards. I don't shoot further. Great plinking round. I also use Hodgdon H335 powder.

  I am using 26.3 grains of 748 behind a 55 gr SP but I don't see 3150 fps on the chrono only about 2900 fps. I have to load 27.5 grains to get 3150 fps.
