    CHEVELLE427,

Yes, RCBS and several other reloading component manufacturers were bought out by the mega weapons and space systems company, ATK.

This appears to be the continuation of cutting back on service and warranted work in favor of the bottom line. This goes right along with the rising costs of energy and metals. Pretty soon no one will be able to afford to reload.

    Best.

BS, If you have a problem with an RCBS product ,give them a call. They will replace it or repare it as always. Again, BS!

    steve4102,

You know Steve, I don't mind that you disagree with me but your method of disagreement really stinks. You're rude and you don't even have anything to back up your opinion.

The quote used above is from the RCBS official website and is their official statement of Warranty. If they printed it on their official website, how can this be BS?

    http://www.rcbs.com/general/warranty.aspx

Now, what they do on the phone may indeed be different from their statement of Warranty but you cannot argue that they have changed their content of the Warranty. Read it yourself if you don't believe me but it is certainly NOT BS!

The last time I had something go wrong with any of my RCBS equipment, they were very polite and promptly replaced the broken parts at no charge. This was probably 7 or 8 years ago, long before ATK bought them out. This does not change the facts above.

    Best.

I was missing the primer arm pin on a Jr 2 press and emailed them. 2 days later I had it in the mail. Cheap part, yes...but they did it extremely fast without a question for free.
