pre-64 .243 twist rate

i have to reload some ammo for a mod. 70 pre 64 in .243 and am wondering if anyone could tell me twist rate for this gun.. bought new by my father in mid 50's.. just wondering if this gun is more likely to like heavy or lighter bullets... thanks

  The list I have says it's 1:10" but it's easy to check with a cleaning rod, brush and tight fitting patch.

  It probably will prefer 90 grain bullets.
