This press.

What else would I need to purchase when I got this press?

This is the first press that I am gonna buy.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

By the way I would be using this for .357mag, .45acp, .243, .218 Bee, 30.06, and 270 ammo. Do you guys see any problems with this press for these types of ammo???

  Add a caliper first thing.
  Second, add the loading manuals published by the maker(s) of the bullets your going to be using.
  3rd, get a container of Hornady "Unique" or Imperial Sizing Die Wax
  4th, Dies for each of the calibers your going to be loading for
  5th, add the other trimmer pieces for your rifle brass (3 studs and case holders)
  6th, assuming your buying the kit, consider buying a different scale (RCBS 505 is a good one).
  7th, look at getting a tumbler to polish your brass.

  The trimmer pieces that you speak of could I get a better definition on that. You may have to talk to me like a 5 because I dont know a lot about this subject of reloading.

  The Lee kit comes with a cutter. You still need the case length gauge so the cutter cuts to the proper length. This is what I'm talking about.

  I like them. They are cheap but work well. Chuck it into a cordless drill and you spend most of your time taking the case in and out of the shell holder. Cheap, easy, fast, and don't take up much room.

  You will need carbide dies for the pistol calibers. Spray lube for the rifle brass. The Lee scale is a good scale to start out with. You can add a electronic later. The cutter kits mentioned for the rifle brass. You should get the tool head for each caliber. That way you don't have to adjust the dies when you change calibers.

  stay away from the Lee kits...buy the Lee Classic 4 hole turret press and the accessories separately. It is cast rather than the cheaper aluminum or whatever the presses in the kits are made of. I have the Lee Classic single stage and the Lee Classic 4-hole turret and like them both. Go with an RCBS scale, better built. Lee dies have always worked well for me. As far as case trimmers, I would say RCBS or Redding.

  Also, forgot the following:
  Lyman or equal reloading manual (first and foremost)
  calipers (I bought Cabelas brand and the ywere cheaper and work perfectly fine)
  I agree with carbide dies whenever possible.
  If using plain steel dies, get the Imperial sizing wax
